2.顯示功能(neng)測(ce)試:通電(dian)後(hou)逐(zhu)壹檢(jian)測(ce)開關(guan)、溫度(du)設(she)置(zhi)按(an)鍵(jian)的(de)反(fan)應速(su)度(du)及(ji)屏(ping)幕(mu)顯示效果,要求(qiu)字(zi)符完(wan)整(zheng)無(wu)重(zhong)疊(die)且亮度(du)均(jun)勻,避免(mian)因(yin)顯(xian)示異(yi)常(chang)導(dao)致(zhi)誤操(cao)作;

4.溫度(du)示值(zhi)誤(wu)差校(xiao)準(zhun):使用(yong)自重式(shi)表面(mian)溫度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)與數字電(dian)測(ce)儀(yi)表組(zu)合(he)的(de)標準裝(zhuang)置(zhi),分(fen)別(bie)測(ce)量(liang)上(shang)封和(he)下(xia)封(feng)的(de)中(zhong)心點(dian)O及(ji)其他(ta)兩點(dian)的(de)溫度(du)。通過(guo)對(dui)比(bi)設(she)備(bei)顯示值(zhi)與標準器(qi)實(shi)測值(zhi)的(de)差異(yi),計算(suan)誤差範(fan)圍(wei),確(que)保不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)最(zui)大允(yun)許(xu)誤(wu)差;
5.溫度(du)均(jun)勻度(du)檢(jian)測(ce):在(zai)多(duo)次(ci)測量(liang)中記(ji)錄(lu)各(ge)測(ce)點(dian)的(de)最(zui)高(gao)與低溫度(du)差值(zhi),取(qu)算(suan)術平均(jun)值(zhi)作(zuo)為均(jun)勻度(du)指(zhi)標。建(jian)議測量(liang)次(ci)數不(bu)少於(yu)10次(ci)以提高(gao)數(shu)據(ju)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing);

7.壓(ya)力(li)指(zhi)示儀(yi)校(xiao)準(zhun):按(an)標有數(shu)字(zi)的(de)分(fen)度(du)線(xian)選(xuan)取校(xiao)準點(dian),從零(ling)點(dian)開始(shi)均(jun)勻加壓(ya)至(zhi)各(ge)校準點(dian),待(dai)壓(ya)力(li)穩定(ding)後讀(du)取標準器(qi)和被校(xiao)儀(yi)表的(de)示值(zhi)並(bing)記(ji)錄(lu)。切(qie)斷(duan)壓(ya)力(li)源耐(nai)壓(ya)後(hou),再依次(ci)逐(zhu)點(dian)進行(xing)降壓(ya)校(xiao)準直(zhi)至(zhi)零(ling)點(dian),被校(xiao)表示值(zhi)與標準器(qi)示值(zhi)之差的(de)最(zui)大值(zhi)即(ji)為壓(ya)力(li)指(zhi)示儀(yi)的(de)示值(zhi)誤(wu)差;
8.時(shi)間(jian)誤差校(xiao)驗(yan):啟動(dong)熱封(feng)程序後,用(yong)電(dian)子(zi)秒(miao)表同(tong)步記(ji)錄(lu)設(she)備(bei)計時(shi)器(qi)與實(shi)際(ji)耗時(shi),重復(fu)多(duo)次(ci)取最(zui)大偏(pian)差值(zhi)作(zuo)為時(shi)間(jian)誤差參(can)考(kao)。

4.軟(ruan)件(jian)升級(ji)管(guan)理(li):關(guan)註(zhu)制(zhi)造商發(fa)布的(de)固件(jian)更(geng)新(xin)信息,及(ji)時(shi)安(an)裝新(xin)版本以(yi)獲取功(gong)能(neng)優化(hua)與性能(neng)提升。升級(ji)前應備(bei)份重(zhong)要參(can)數設(she)置(zhi);
